The short version
Layer & Strand may earn a commission when a reader follows a clearly identified affiliate link and makes a qualifying purchase. This does not change the price paid by the reader, but programme terms vary.
How links are labelled
Affiliate disclosure appears near commercial links as well as on this page. Affiliate destinations use the appropriate sponsored link relationship. A merchant link is never treated as the identity of the product or its formula.
Current milestone
The current product pages include manually checked, non-affiliate destinations to Amazon India, Indian retailers or brand sites where suitable. Layer & Strand earns no commission from these links. We do not display prices, seller claims, ratings or availability, and a destination does not imply current inventory. The demonstration product has no merchant listing.
Before an Amazon India integration goes live, Layer & Strand will verify the current programme agreement, required wording, link-generation method and any data-display restrictions against Amazon’s primary documentation.
Editorial independence
Compensation does not turn a retailer description into evidence, guarantee inclusion or prevent criticism. If a brand supplies a sample or pays for advertising, that relationship must be disclosed separately.
